Last year VuuV Festival has seen a big change with the stunning new location, super relaxed, untroubled approach and departure to and from the venue and fantastic weather - Putlitz seems to have a special connection to the sun god...
The new place is located closer to the city of Putlitz so all facilities and shops in town are now in walking distance, the public swimming pool is just a nice 15 minutes stroll along a lovely river from the dance floors.
Stages & Line Up:
Three dance floors (Main, Open Mind & Alternative Chill) stage a top range of DJs and Live Acts of a broad variety of electronic musical styles. You will hear acts exclusive at VuuV Festival – a unique musical concept which is composed with much love and passion. In 2010 we will focus again more on Progressive Trance, since many of you asked for it.
Traditionally the line up for VuuV Festival will be announced at the beginning of the festival. The idea to keep it secret is to attract guests to the party itself and not to support any DJ hype. Please check the offical website for updates.
Laser Shows:
The mind blowing opening of VuuV Festival with it’s world famous, stunning laser show synchronised to specially composed tracks will be one of these moments you will never forget – its entertainment at it’s best.
Decoration:
Various artists are designing the inimitable stage and dance floor decorations. The whole area, from the entrance to the market area will be transformed into a dream world of colours and lights.
Other Attractions:
VuuV Festival is also famous for it’s elaborate side program, like amazing performances, the tranquil Body, Mind and Soul Area and the buzzing Maharani Market. At the market you find various carefully selected stalls, selling vegetarian delicacies, the latest party fashion and goods from all over the world at moderate prices.
Location:
By car: From Hamburg A 24 exit number 16 Suckow, direction Putlitz. From Berlin and Rostock A 24 exit number 17 Putlitz. Then follow the VuuV Festival signs.
By train: Your final destination from any major town in Germay is Pritzwalk train station (Pritzwalk Bahnhof). From there take the VuuV Shuttle Bus direct to the location. www.bahn.de
By air: Take a flight to Berlin Tegel, as this airport is the nearest to the VuuV Location. From there you have the choice to either take the train to Pritzwalk or rent a car.
VuuV Shuttle Bus: The VuuV Shuttle Bus from Pritzwalk train station takes about 30 minutes to the VuuV Festival location: the bus leaves in front of the train station, according to the train arrivals.
